There are 2 ways to get a cleaning quote:
(1) Call us using the number at the top of this page; (2) Click the 'Get A Quote' Button at the top of this page.No. We offer you a price per job. It doesn't matter how long the cleaner takes to finish the job. You pay only what you were quoted.
Not at all! You can easily get a quote and book your cleaning online or over the phone. We’ll ask a few questions to understand your cleaning needs, and you can even send photos of the rooms that need attention for a more accurate assessment
Our cleaners bring all supplies and equipment needed to complete the job. If you want the cleaner to use your cleaning supplies, that can be arranged.
Eco-friendly or Green cleaning supplies will cost more because those products are higher priced.
Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.
Scheduling Questions
We don't offer same-day bookings. We need at least 2 days lead time.
It’s entirely your choice. If you won’t be home, just let us know how to access your house by updating the information in your customer dashboard.
We ask customers to allow for a 30-minute window for their cleaning appointment, as traffic and weather conditions may impact arrival times. If your cleaner is delayed, we will promptly contact you with an updated estimated time of arrival (ETA).
You will only be charged after your cleaning service is completed to your satisfaction.
You can cancel your service anytime, with no penalties or obligations. There’s no need to commit to contracts or a set number of appointments, allowing you full flexibility in managing your cleaning schedule.

We assign one dedicated cleaner to your home for each visit. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we make every effort to ensure the same cleaner is sent to maintain consistency and familiarity with your cleaning preferences.
Absolutely! Our cleaners go through a thorough screening process, which includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We only hire individuals with significant experience in residential house cleaning, ensuring that every team member meets our high standards of professionalism and reliability.
